1. WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH MY FILES?

Once you have pressed on “Buy Card”, and entered your credit card and Email address information, you should receive an email with your files within a few seconds.

2. I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY CARD. HOW CAN I GET IT CORRECTED?

Reply to that email with the corrections needed. If you need corrections done immediately, call or whats-app customer service at: 800-888-8888

3. WHAT IS THE FORMAT OF THE FILE I RECEIVE?

With every order placed, you receive your file in 2 formats. 1- A PDF version- This is best for print 2- A PNG (picture) - This is best for text or WhatsApp If you added music to your card, you will get a a video card as well, which is your card with 30 seconds of background music.

4. CAN I EDIT ALL FIELDS ON A CARD?

5. IF MUSIC WAS ADDED TO MY CARD, DO I GET MY CARD WITH AND WITHOUT MUSIC AS WELL?

Yes. In addition to the video file, you will receive a JPEG and PDF file as well.

6. I ENTERED MY EMAIL AND CREDIT CARD INFO, BUT DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL.

You might have entered a wrong email address. Please call customer service at: 800-888-8888 so we can further assist you.

7. WHAT HAPPENS IF I CLICK ON “SAVE DRAFT”?

You will receive an email with the link to the card, with all your info you entered already. The link is valid for 7 days, during which you can edit or complete the card.

8. HOW DO I GET RID OF THE WATERMARKS?

The Watermark is only on the site - once you buy the card - the final file which will be in your email wont have it on it. (the small words in the side ihopetoseeyou.com will be on the final file)

9. CAN I ADD MY LOGO TO A CARD?

Yes - Please call us or Whatsapp on 800-888-8888 and let us know on which template you are working and we will enabel the "add Logo button"
